The villa has its own private,  screened 30'x 15' swimming pool,  decking area and large garden.  For most of the year the sun provides sufficient warmth to heat the pool althought pool heating is available as a chargable optional extra.

The accomodation consists of 2 large double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities,  cable TV and telephone.  1 twin room and 1 disney themed room with bunk beds.  These two room are seperated by the third bathroom.

The spacious lounge is open plan,  fully tilled and has leather furnishings.  There is a large cable TV,  video player with a selection of videos,  cd entertainment center,  Microsoft X-Box with games and a selection of books.

There is a fully equiped kitchen with breakfasting table and a formal dinning area. All linen and towels are provided.

Our local management company take great pride in ensuring that the villa is presented and maintained it top condition and will have the villa fully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.

For the comfort of other guests our villa is smoke and pet free.
